Apply a generous amount of conditioner to wet hair. Detangle with your fingers or a wide-toothed comb. Wait 5 to 10 minutes for the vitamins and nutrients to penetrate your hair. Rinse with cool water and gently pat dry with a towel.
Love this conditioner. Has a really good scent and leaves my curly hair moisturised but not overly so. Have had shiny hair after using this and the shampoo which is hard to get with my hair. I haven’t had to use much (hair just past shoulders) to get a good result after using, so think it should last a good amount of time (hair washed no more than twice a week).

to be honest, imo all conditioners work the same so i think any conditioner would’ve don this but it moisturised my curls well and didn’t weigh them down!

I've got Caucasian 2a thru 2c hair. Color treated (including bleach -multiple-, box dye, arctic fox dye and vitamin c/shampoo mix at one point).I love this stuff.I'm able to glide my fingers through my hair like butter and it pops my waves/curls.It also smells somewhat like fruit loops.It does leave ME with a little frizz but I'll take it to not have knots especially near the nape of my neck.
