I got this product for my boyfriend as he has 4c hair and never does anything to take care of it. Not long ago he was complaining about his hair being too dry so I went on the hunt for products for his hair type to try and build him a routine. I don’t know much about 4c hair so I believe that there will be a lot of trial and error before we find the perfect routine for him but I decided to start with this product as a refresher in between washes. Turns out this product is amazing and he is loving it!! It makes his hair immediately soft and even gives some shine. This is such a good product to “wake up” the hair in the morning stopping it from looking or feeling dry! I understand that there’s still a long way to go with other products needing to be incorporated such as leave in conditioners, hair oil, masks.. but for a starting point, this product has really impressed us.The only downside I can point out is the fact that the product is hard to spray when the hands get “oily” which happens when touching the hair while spraying, but I guess this is a hard problem to fully fix.
